| PRIVATE | Only the memorial owner can view it. |

| FAMILY | Only the owner and specifically invited family members can view it. Family permissions can later support View Only, Add Memories/Photos, or Co-manage. |
| PUBLIC | The memorial can appear on a public WORLD memorial list or map. Exact coordinates should remain hidden by default; an approximate location can be displayed instead. |
